"Great products but customer service needs improvement"
I had issues at the beginning trying to get in contact with the customer service as i did not realise the 12 month plan which was advertised as 21.99 was a prepay plan of £291. As a student having all that money go out at once was worrying.
I did get a response but nothing seemed to get done. a few weeks later and my box had arrived and the contents were absolutely amazing. Everything was well made and good quality.
Overall, i would recommend Geek Gear but there customer survive is quite poor. i don't know if this due to covid as phone lines are closed due to the pandemic.
