"Awesome products, but customer support could use some work"
At first, I had a tough time reaching out to customer support because I didn’t catch that the 12-month plan advertised at £21.99 was actually a prepay deal costing £291. As a student, seeing that much money leave my account all at once was pretty stressful.
I eventually got a reply, but it felt like nothing was resolved. A few weeks later, my box finally showed up, and let me tell you, the stuff inside was fantastic. Everything was crafted well and of high quality.
In the end, I’d suggest Geek Gear, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure if it’s because of COVID, since their phone lines are down due to the pandemic.
